Medicina Veterinária – A história da arte de curar animais (Parte I), faz parte de um trabalho de revisão e pesquisa que tem por objetivo resgatar um histórico da Medicina Veterinária, como profissão, seguido pelo Ensino da Medicina Veterinária no Brasil e no Mundo (Parte II), A Faculdade de Medicina Veterinária “Prof. Antonio Secundino de São José” – Um resgate histórico (Parte III), finalizando com Os Egressos de Medicina Veterinária do CREUPI- Absorção pelo mercado de trabalho (Parte IV). Para se entender, ou mesmo situar melhor a história da Medicina Veterinária, uma breve retrospectiva - como ocorreu o seu surgimento, os primeiros veterinários, a relação do homem com os animais, desde os primórdios da civilização até os dias modernos - foi realizada.
