INFLUENCIAS LEGAIS NA ENGENHARIA AMBIENTAL

Resumo
Este trabalho visa apresentar e analisar leis que influenciem a Engenharia Ambiental na área agro-ambiental. Foi feita uma pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória. O período experimental foi de 10/09/2011 a 03/11/2012, com revisão bibliográfica, notícias e normas legais. Os dados foram agrupados e classificados em ordem cronológica, possibilitando a confecção de sínteses, como apresentados neste trabalho. Verificou-se que muitas leis orientam a atividade do engenheiro ambiental na questão agro-ambiental. Estas leis devem ser conhecidas na atividade do profissional. LEGAL INFLUENCES IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING ABSTRACT This paper aims to present and analyze laws that influence the Environmental Engineering in the agro-environmental area. A qualitative and exploratory research was done. The trial period was from 10/09/2011 to 03/11/2012, with literature review, news and legal regulations. The data were grouped and classified in chronological order, enabling the production of synthesis, as presented in this paper. It was found that many laws guide the activity of the environmental engineer in the agro-environment issue. These laws must be known in the professional’s activity.
